| PetSafe/Radio Systems Product Return Procedure |
|
Please read the following instructions carefully before sending your
PetSafe / Radio Systems product to our Repair and Upgrade facilities:
USA/Canada
If you have owned your unit OVER 1 YEAR, a service charge will apply.
See our Product Service Table or Product Upgrade Table below for service
charges and upgrade information and pricing.
*Please send a check or money order along with your unit in for Repair or

NOTE: We suggest sending your package in a trackable fashion (UPS, FedEx, USPS
with Delivery Confirmation) to ensure receipt.

| InnotekŪ Products |
|
Innotek, Inc., warrants its products will be free from defects in material
and workmanship under normal use for one year (on most products; check your
owner's guide for details) from the date of original consumer purchase. After
30 days and during the limited warranty period we will, at our option, repair
or replace defective part(s) for a $15 processing fee. This warranty is offered
only to the original consumer purchaser and does not include shipping costs to
our facility. To process a return, please take the following steps:
Call 1-800-826-5527 and speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives for
troubleshooting assistance. If necessary, we'll issue you a Return Merchandise
Authorization number (RMA) to ensure proper processing.
Simply ship the defective unit by insured U.S. Mail or UPS to:

The assigned RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Be sure to include a copy of the original purchase receipt, and a check or money
order for $15 to cover the cost of processing and handling.
InnotekŪ will gladly repair or replace any component that is defective material or workmanship with a fully tested and working product. This does not cover lost merchandise, dog chews, or normal wear and tear. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery.
